Having the energy and the right emotional state at the right time is vital for achieving desired results in life. This motivation led to the creation of our wellness application, the Complete App.

The importance lies in the fact that our energy levels decrease around 3% yearly starting from our early twenties, with some individuals experiencing accelerated aging. However, our coaching interventions aim to counter this decline. By teaching individuals effective energy management techniques, we have observed the reversal of age-related declines, restoring energy levels to those of a decade prior, a significant advantage particularly in business.

We focus on educating users on enhancing their energy management skills and objectively quantifying their progress through Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurements, thus moving beyond subjective assessments to provide tangible evidence of improvement.

Within our application, users gain access to daily practices developed over 30 years of coaching by Dr. Alan Watkins and senior practitioners at Complete. These practices aim to enhance energy levels and emotional well-being, enabling better stress management and clearer thinking.

The app offers a structured well-being program designed by our team to foster personal growth and performance. This program consists of 12 levels of emotional and social intelligence (ESQ) that must be developed progressively; each level builds upon the previous one until Level 12 is achieved.

The Complete App integrates with third-party Heart Rate Monitors to provide biofeedback through its Heart Trainer feature, displaying heart rate and coherence levels achieved through controlled breathing techniques.
